Dear All,
I'm struggling to get access to Trados Live since Friday, and I'm getting the error message below.
I've tried to reinstall my Trados Studio 2024, but to issue persists. Can someone give an hint about this failure that I've never seen before? Many thanks in advance.

Hi Elisa, thanks for your reply.
I can't reach the language cloud services because when I use the link languagecloud.sdl.com the error message appears and I can't proceed...
Please make sure you are using this link: https://eu.cloud.trados.com/ and maybe try a different browser.
