Thank you for your response.  I  correct  a few piece of information which doesn't corresponds to context. 

1. Tag management

You have cf tag on source side and now that you placed it within the target side and the red error disappeared. ------>  correct

2. Term related

You now want to add a term to your termbase. This did work. ----->  "This didn't work" 

3. Note Message

Could you please send a screen print for clarification of context. ------->  "Followings are three screen prints for clarification of context."
