can't access SDL Cloud since I upgraded to SDL Studio 2017

Hello. I upgraded to Studio 2017 from 2015 last December. Since then, I haven't been able to connect to the SDL Cloud. I am using the language EN_US to FR_CA and that is what's indicated in the Settings. I also purchased a package for one month to have access to a higher amount of words but I still remain without access. PLease help.

    I think this may be a problem that we are working on. Please can you test en(US) - fr(FR) as opposed to fr(CA) and see if this works. If it does then you'll have to wait for an update that resolves this.

    If this is the case then a potential workaround for you would be to pretranslate with fr(FR) and save this to a TM. Then add it to your fr(CA) project using AnyTM and maybe penalised to help you identify it as the MT result. LC won't distinguish between FR and CA anyway so at least you'll get the results to help you work.
