Could you please elaborate a bit on not being able to sign in with your SDL ID as before?
Do you receive an error message when trying to log in with your credentials? Can you access your Language Cloud account in the browser, with the same credentials?

Thank you for your message. I ran updates and a Norton full security scan on my computer as well as running an update I noticed within Studio 2019 which I thought could help. But I could still not access the SDL Language Cloud Machine Translation. I also tried to do what you said to no effect and suddenly it worked.
I later saw two messages saying that there was a problem within SDL and that it has been fixed. And indeed I could access the Machine Translation.
I was very impressed with all the messages and the speed of response.
I do not use Studio very often and I am easily thrown. Will try to use it more often.
