I would expect to see your name at the top right-e.g. 

If you are logged in- please post the full error stack (in your second image)

Hi Steve: I'm having the same issue. Been using the SDL Language Cloud at $10 a month for over a year now and I'm getting the same error message after downloading SDL's recent update, SR2 if I'm not mistaken. Sonia
