Just as a test, please see whether you can access it using this plugin:

You won't be able to use the client id and client secret login but you should be able to use the Studio Authentication:

Make sure you are using the login credentials for the same account you have the free subscription under just in case yo have more than one account.

The plugin was designed for Enterprise customers using the alternative login but you should be able to use this too logging in as suggested and this might help us identify the cause of your problem.

The Login and Settings menu are just text, so it could look like "Login Settings"!!  We put a wider gap between them but I can see how you might still think that if you didn't know where to look.

No, it's the stupid Microsoft-invented GUI style that makes such GUI controls extremely hard to discover... mainly because they don't look like a GUI controls :(

If SDL would stick with traditional GUI look with clearly distinguishable controls, it would be MUCH better for the users than these experiments...
