Same problem here.  Have contacted support and they suggested using the client and secret from SDL Language Cloud but that doesnt work either and neither does my SDL ID.  I don't currently know how you use the free tier of SDL Machine Translation Cloud.

Please try again using your SDL ID. You were on a an old Free plan that has not been migrated to the Machine Translation Cloud NMT. 

I have moved you to the new Free subscription in Language Cloud and this automatically created for you a MT Cloud NMT subscription that you can use through your Language Cloud in Trados Studio 2019 SR2 CU4.

The Machine Translation Cloud NMT is used through the Language Cloud option in Trados Studio 2019 SR2 CU4.

Hi Elena, can you please try to go to Subscription tab in Language Cloud and switch your Subscription to Free? The new Free plan if you are on the old Free plan. 

Also what version of Trados Studio are you using?

Thank you for your reply. I have the latest version of Studio 2019. I tried following the insructions but when I go to my LanguageCloud page I get redirected to this page: https://www.sdl.com/translate/
