Error: An Error has occurred while using the translation provider SDL Machine Translation: Language Cloud not Found

Hello, 

I received the following message and cannot access Language Cloud:

An Error has occurred while using the translation provider SDL Machine Translation: Language Cloud not Found

Per another post, I went to C:\Users\*****\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio and changed the file 15.0.0.0. to 15.0.0.0._old. I also removed some files "Settings" and two other I cannot recall but none of these fixes are bringing back the Language Cloud. 

Does anyone know how to fix it?
