5 - Nothing I can remember as I haven't used it for a couple of weeks. I had an issue to install the plugin a few weeks ago and after "your" help it was sorted and worked. after that I didn't use the software only Friday I tried to use it for something urgent and it didn't work!

I see that in the log file there was an error elated to the credentials which seem to be invalid.
Can you please tell me if you changed the password lately of your account? What support did in order to make the plugin work again?
It was just a problem to do with the cloud machine translation subscription, because I have subscribed for the trial version - by mistake- and when it ended they cut my access, without realizing that I have a fully Studio Version....
Hope this makes sense. Anyway all sorted.
