Error message

HI,

I'm having the error below now. which is very strange as it has worked before. The pair language is: English to Portuguese.

I chatted with your tech support on Friday and after a few hours and many attempts, she told me to contact you guys. Can you provide a solution to fix it?

    Hi ,

    Can you please:

    1. Send me the log file from the following path: C:\Users\[YOUR USER NAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL Community\SDLMachineTranslationCloud
    2. Tell me what version of the plugin are you using?
    3. Tell me what version of Studio are you using?
    4. What type of credentials are you using: Client Id Client secret? Or email and password?
    5. What steps you did before that error message appears?

    2 - The latest version, I have updated it on Friday.

    3 - SDL Trados Studio 2021 SR1 - 16.1.3.4096 

    4 - User credentials with Username and password

    5 - Nothing I can remember as I haven't used it for a couple of weeks. I had an issue to install the plugin a few weeks ago and after "your" help it was sorted and worked. after that I didn't use the software only Friday I tried to use it for something urgent and it didn't work!
