It looks as though you are using an older version of 2017.

Please remove the plugin and then update Studio to the latest stand (Help- Check for updates) and then reinstall the app.

Thank you very much for your advice. 

I executed the update and then reinstalled the plug-in. Unfortunately, it still doesn't work but the error message has changed (see below). You wouldn't have an other idea how to solve this by any chance? (First message: I do not have any internet connexion problems; however, I can no longer connect to my SDL Trados Studio account when I am in the application. When I click on the green "Connect" button, nothing happens; second message: It says something like: The index is outside of the limits of the table.)
