Just so we can narrow this down a little, was MT Cloud working with this project before or is it the first time you have added it?

Its also useful to know the exact version of Studio you are running (Help- About SDL Trados Studio)

Next I suggest you remove MT Cloud from the project- close the project and remove the plugin -

Once you have restarted Studio- Ensure Studio is on the latest update- (Help- Check for Updates) _Latest version is 16.1.6.4276

Then reinstall the plugin and add back into the project.

I followed your instructions and it seemed to work, but then I closed Studio, I re-opened it, I re-opened the project and the same error message pops up again...

I confirm I'm using the latest version 16.1.6.4276 .

The MT Cloud was working before, on other projects. I started this project today and it doesn't work: I also tried to cancel the project and re-start it many times, but always getting the same error message.

However, if I activate the MT Cloud after opening the project it works, so I'll do like this. But everytime I close it, when I re-open the project I get the error message and the MT Cloud is deactivated...
