用語ベースが開かれていません。　The termbase is not open.

Question

I'm using Trados 2017. 
 「用語認識」を押しても『用語ベースが開かれていません』と出てきてしまいます。Even if I press "Term recognition", it says "Term base is not open". 
 
 用語集は問題なく入っているようにみえます。 
 
 but it seems that the glossary is included as shown below.

メモリもつながっています。The memory is also connected.

Could you tell me the solution of this problem?

Hello Sayoko Suzuki , 
 Please remove the termbase(s) from the project. 
 Now make sure both Studio and MultiTerm are both on the latest stand ( Help Check for Updates). 
 Now reorganize the termbase in MultiTerm. 
 Reopen Studio and add the reorganised termbase back into the project.
