Connection to Language Cloud Failed

Hi, I purchased SDl Language Cloud for my Trados 2014. But everytime  I try to add it in Project Settings, an error message always popups saying "Connection to Language Cloud Failed"

    Please check what Subscription do you have in your Language Cloud account.

    There are two types of subscriptions. One with Studio integration "For Translators" and one without Studio integration but more characters "For Individuals".

    If you have selected a subscription without Studio integration you might get this error.

    Can you also provide the error details. You have to save the error using the blue diskette sign in xml format and see what other information is provided there.
