I cannot use Trados Cloud in SDL Trados 2021, and cannot go to my account setting to update my credit card payment. It says this: Blocked subscription - Payment Error... Can someone please help me?

I have a Trados Studio Freelance L1 - Subscription which is currently inactive, even though I paid for 12 months subscription on Feb 14th 2023.

I get an error Blocked subscription - Payment error but have no way to check my payment method.

Please help.
