And.. now I also see that in my subscription there are no available adaptive language pairs at all.  

OK! I found out that my subscription plan (free for Trados Users) did not include adaptive language pairs. Now I got a payed subscription and these options appeared on the screen. I am leaving this here in case someone has the similar problem.

Hello! I got a massage from the support that I have to submit the case on this, but I dont have any support contract. Can anyone from support contact me anyway? I dont seem to solve the problem by myself. Thank you. 

Now, I tried to get help via email but got this ... but as I said I dont have any support contract. So I cant submitt any new case via my account. Is anyone able to help me?

The cause in this situation is that Adaptable Language Pairs are only supported on English combinations. So English to Norvegian or English to Polish. 

For the moment adaptation can only be done on the direct Generic language pairs (LP). So English to all LPs available, and LPs available to English only. 

Adaptation/Adaptable LPs cannot be created on Chained Language Pairs, such as Norwegian to Polish.
