Problem with authentication in Language Weaver plug-in with Trados Studio 2021 SR2

Question

Hello, I am trying to set my language weaver plug-in in my Trados Studio 2021 SR2, but when I try to access with Single-Sign-On it just states "forbidden" and I cannot progress further. When I try to login with my User Credentials I'm directed to the Language Weaver website and prompted to start a free trial. As far as I understand Language Weaver should be free of charge for Trados Studio users. Any suggestions and help on this matter will be appreciated.

Antonella Bortolin You are right in that users get Language Weaver Account and that gives them some character allowance. What happens if you try log into your LW account, using the same registered email address: https://portal.languageweaver.com/login
