Generic-NMT Not Appearing

Question

Hello, I'm experiencing an issue very similar to the one in the following link: [ Link ] 
 As shown in the link, after selecting Cloud-based resources and launching Machine Translation, there should be a default "Generic-NMT" option according to the Trados Certification Level-2 Workbook I'm currently studying. However, like the user in the link, I don't see any options. 
 The Trados screenshot is not in English, so you may not be able to understand it, but this is the same Cloud-based resources screen. 
 
 I am using Trados Studio 2024.

 Just guessing... two things to look at: 
 
 what language pair are you translating? 
 your Language Weaver account may not be setup yet? 
 
 I'm leaning towards the second one rather than a language pair we don't support, so I'll log a ticket for you.
