SDL Machine Translation Cloud stopped working

Hi, 

I have been using SDL Machine Translation Cloud provider for years now, and it suddenly has stopped working this week. I have not changed any setting, and I am doing the exact same steps I have always been doing.

When creating a project, when I go to add "SDL Machine Translation Cloud provider" to my translation memories, I am prompted to log in to the Machine Translation Cloud, and then I get an error message that roughly says "The translation provider 'SDL Machine Translation Cloud provider' does not support any language pair un this project or project template. Use AnyTM (Add -> AnyTM) to add your translation memory."

Error message in French stating that the 'SDL Machine Translation Cloud provider' does not support any language pairs in the project or template, with an OK button.

I managed to add SDL Machine Translation Cloud provider to the translation memory list via AnyTM, but no machine translation is applied during the pretranslation of the file.

I also noticed the language pair was N/A, but I don't remember if this is similar or different than what it used to say.

I use Windows 10; SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance; SDL Machine Translation Cloud plugin version 2.1.2.0. I was able to login to my SDL Machine Translation Cloud account and it is still active.

    3. I don't want to uninstall the plugin. I can't find any SDL Machine Translation Cloud plugin on the RWS AppStore to replace it.

    4. Even when I disable the greyed-out former "SDL Machine Translation Cloud", it does not work. I can't delete it as this option is greyed-out.

    5. I am convinced that English > French is a supported language. The machine translation was working two months ago and nothing has changed.

    6. Using AnyTM adds SDL Machine Translation Cloud to the list of translation memories, but the file is not machine-translated when finalizing the pretranslation process.

    Any *human* help would be appreciated!
