Hi Fabio,
Yes you can. You need to edit the termbase definition here under the Termbase Management tab:
You then need to export your other termbase as multiterm xml and import the xml merging as you see fit to ensure you ave a mapping between the existing and new terms.
The important thing to note is that if these termbases have different definitions then you need to be careful with this. Maybe review this article to get some idea of the pitfalls to avoid:
