Edit the Default layout

Hi,

the Default Layout which allows inline editing behaves differently than the other layouts for obvious reasons. Still, is it possible to edit the Default layout by some tweaking? It cannot be saved, so my guess is no.

The goal would be to e.g. display system fields in the Default layout.

Second question on the topic - what does the "Update" function actually do for the Default layout?

KR,

Andreas

  • It does help, Fasil. Thanks - I'd suggest adding the possibility of adapting a duplicate Default Layout, HTML5-based, to the MultiTerm roadmap.
  • Hi Fasil
This answers my question too, but does fairly not satisfy my needs. I have bought 2 new screens with a good resolution (2560 * 1440 pixel). Studio shows pretty clear on those screens, as in my Windows settings I have set the magnification to 100%. This is what I would gladly keep, as most programs can either be properly configured to be good legible or are already good legible. Studio does really fine, only the TB viewer shows the letters in tiny print...
I know you programmers are all young guys with falcon eyes, but please bear in mind, that translators out there may also be elderly people needing glasses as myself :) So please do more about the readability of the GUI for people like me.
    Thank you
    Best regards
    Jerzy
