Multiterm stops working when I try to open a database

I'm working with Multiterm 2017. I can open it, but when I try to open a termbase, the program stops working and closes...

I already restarted the pC, uninstall and reinstall the programme, updated Java...and the program always stops working and closes...

Did some of you encounter this problem?

My OS is Windows 10

    I think I would try the following first:

    1. Disable your Anti-virus temporarily for the installation
    2. Reinstall MultiTerm as Administrator. So right-click the installation file and select Run as admin.
    3. Try running the application again, once with your Anti-virus active and once without

    You have two options:

    1. Submit a case using a webform
    2. Use live chat to get a licence reset
