You could try a MultiTerm reset. Rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart MultiTerm:

c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL MultiTerm\MultiTerm14

Or download and install this application which makes carrying out a reset very simple:

appstore.sdl.com/.../

Hi Paul,

I tried both of your solution, but unfortunately it did not solve the problem. I was able to delete the entry that I was updating when MultiTerm froze the first time, but if I try to recreate it, then the MultiTerm freezes again. I don’t understand. The term is Your CMHC Pension Plan. It does not contain any special character. I am able to create other entries, and update them.
