Where can I direct my feedback as a not very happy user or Trados 2017 (a two-page long collection of questions and ideas for improvement)? I wouldn't like to be seen as a particularly picky sort of Trados user, but I think it's time to communicate my complaints.

Do it in these forums, but please don't create a long list in one thread as it's nearly impossible to have a sensible discussion about each one. Create a separate thread for each unique complaint that you have. Use these forums:

If you have ideas to make something better then use the Ideas site as this allows users to vote on themand they are also reviewed by the Product Management team:
