Since the last update, I cannot add any new word in the MultiTerm interface (2017). I got the following message:
I have read the following article: 000007275 and tried to follow both procedures, unsuccessfully.

When you say you've updated, do you mean MultiTerm or Studio or both?
If MultiTerm, a solution for this error was suggested at the beginning of July here
This was:
Control Panel > Programs > View installed updates > search there "Cumulative Updates 6 for SDL Multiterm 2017 SR1 Desktop" > right click + Uninstall
I'm not sure if this will solve your problem but it's worth a try.
