Emergency - MultiTerm 2017 won't open

I've just been emailed by a client (an agency) wanting me to make a load of corrections to a 13,000-word translation I did for them...by 1100 tomorrow morning! (That is, in 14 hours). I would be able to do that, if, firstly, I didn't keep receiving this error message:

Error message in Trados Studio stating 'Errors occurred whilst displaying the terms from GmbHLAVENGRQ@ClientsAgency07Mars' and advising to reorganize the term base or contact SDL support.

...and secondly, if MultiTerm would actually open. 

I've tried reinstalling, running as an administrator, nothing works. I'm getting pretty desperate now, as I probably won't get paid if I can't sort this out.

The version of MultiTerm I have installed is 14.1.2441, if that's any help. Studio version is 14.1.10012.29730.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
