SDL Multiterm 2019 doesn't open

Question

I used to work with SDL Multiterm without any problem, but it suddenly stopped working. I can run it but it doesn't appear on my screen (photo below)

I tried to change the resolution of my screen as recommended in another post, I also installed it again. However, I can upload my termbase in Trados while translating documents and I can even add terms to my database. Does anyone know why it happens?

 Problem resolved by: 
 --clicking on the icon on the desk to bring it to the task bar, then using the mouse over to open the little menu and selecting "Maximize". 
 Worked perfectly!

This looks like a case of the dissaperring program that often pops up on Windows machines.
