SDL Multiterm 2019 doesn't open

I used to work with SDL Multiterm without any problem, but it suddenly stopped working. I can run it but it doesn't appear on my screen (photo below)

I tried to change the resolution of my screen as recommended in another post, I also installed it again. However, I can upload my termbase in Trados while translating documents and I can even add terms to my database. Does anyone know why it happens?
