Tks Steven but the link you gave me does not resolve the problem. I still can't go further than the first launch windows, then it stops before I get the application working... Please help!

gateway.sdl.com/liveagentlicensing

You have two options:

1. Submit a case using a webform
2. Use live chat to get a licence reset

You want to use the first option to resolve your problem.

Problem resolved by:

--clicking on the icon on the desk to bring it to the task bar, then using the mouse over to open the little menu and selecting "Maximize".

Worked perfectly!
