I am currently using SDL Trados Studio 2017 and working with two termbases (my own and the client's). When loading the termbase received from the client in Studio (which I have used before without problems), I get a message headed "question" saying something like "This termbase was created with an older version of MultiTerm. It must be updated. This can take several minutes. Would you like to continue opening TermBases?" I click on yes and this time get the same message headed "error". I click on yes again and then nothing. In Studio, no terms from the client's termbase appear, although they I should be seeing hits. In Multiterm, there's no problem with the termbase. Any thoughts anyone? Thank you.
