Updating termbase with a table

I'm manually creating an Excel table with Eng-Rus chemical terms taken from the pdf dictionary in order to update the termbase with it by using SDL MultiTerm 2019 Convert. Can you tell me how shall I give multiple translations for a single English term so that they will not be repeated in the termbase after import? (see the pic attached)

P.S. My wild guess is that I should use some separator symbol in one cell with multiple translations that will be then recognized by MultiTerm during merging or I should somehow play with the columns idk.

Screenshot of an Excel table with two columns labeled English and Russian. Rows show chemical terms with their translations. Multiple translations for 'coefficient' are listed in separate cells.

You're on the right lines.  The easiest way to convert your spreadsheet is to use the Glossary Converter from the appstore.  For that to work you need one row per terminological entry.  So one "coefficient" and then the Russian words in one cell separated with a pipe symbol (default), or any other symbol you like.

If you use MultiTerm Convert you need one row again, but you put the synonyms in separate columns.
