In "Manage a cross-reference" box, the search button does not work MultiTerm2019

Question

Hi 
 I am trying to add a cross-reference as per SDL MultiTerm PDF textbook page 46. 
 Now when I click the search button, it goes down but does not display power cord, which is the word in the "To term" field. 
 Therefore, I cannot create the link. 
 I made sure there are no spaces on either side of the word. 
 No message shows up. 
 
 If I punch "Create" anyway, "Invalid cross reference location, Pls verify" pops up. 
 
 The software uninstalled and installed already. 
 Can anyone help me?

 A cross reference provide a hyperlink (to an online resource) between a descriptive field in one entry and the term of another entry so this is what i think might be causing the [problem. 
 If you remove the hyperlink, are you then able to add the term?
