Termbase in Studio Project

Question

Hi, 
 when in Studio I create a new project and get to the step where I have to add the termbase which I usually use I get the following error: "General error occured root element is missing" . 
 I hope you can help me with this issue.

 Thanks Roman Jhukov for the heads up about the reply. 
 It would appear that something has not installed correctly or has been corrupted. 
 First of all - please ensure both Studio and MultiTerm are on the latest versions and then see if the issue persists. 
 If so - please rename the following folder (just add _old) and then restart your machine 
 C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL MultiTerm\MultiTerm14 
 Should the issue still persist- please ensure a manual installation-

 You do need to be logged on as admin for the above

 It would be useful if you could post the full error stack to this thread. 
 Just save the xml to your desktop and then attach
