The term does appear in the TM.
This problem vanished by restarting Trados.
I have analysed the problem in more detail.
I have 2 TBs: 1 DE-EN(GB) 1 Multilanguage (including DE-EN(GB))
I deactivated both TBs in the Project Settings and then reactivated them -> problem gone (at least at the moment). But this does not answer the question: this message should not appear.
