Trados error with creation database (bilingual glossary)

Question

To whom it may concern, 
 I installed Trados in my university using a license that my teacher gave me, but I have a problem I can't solutionate. When I'm goint to create a new terminological database there is no problem, but when I use bilingual glossary for creating a database, I am not able. It is say 'error, mistake, is not possible'. My teacher told me to contact you as some classmates have this problem.

 It would be good if you could explain exactly the steps you are taking and when the error occurs. 
 Perhaps post also the error stack/image of the error

 First of all make sure you have the correct version of your software. We still don't know what this is (looks like 2019 or 2021), so check this: 
 SDL Trados Studio 2021 - 16.0.2.3343 SDL MultiTerm 2021 - 16.0.1.304 
 SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.7.2849 SDL MultiTerm 2019 - 15.0.6.56482 
 
 If it's still a problem after that then try creating your termbase in MultiTerm for the time being. I'd also note that you should ensure this option is what you really want because the example templates for this often create a termbase for you that's full of unnecessary fields. Most freelance translators only want, and need, and simple template for the source and target language with maybe a couple of additional fields if they have a use for them. It's normally better to create the termbase based on your own definition.
