Hey, I have the exact same issue with Multiterm v.17.0.0.1685 on Windows 11! I tried resizing my screen resolution, but it didn't work. I even managed to resize the window of the dialog box by changing its display scaling, but the cropped part remained cropped even in a very wide window. Did it get fixed for you? If so, do you remember how?

I have the same version of Multiterm installed on a second computer and it runs properly there, but on Windows 10. Is the Windows 11 on my first computer the problem? I also tried to reinstall the software several times, and tested different versions. None would work properly.

Any help from anyone reading this would be much appreciated. The problem is very annoying indeed

I eventually solved it by resetting the screen scaling ("Change size for text, apps and other objects" or something like that) from 125% to 100%:

I sort of forgot about this since RWS never got back to me (see above), so I hope they can use this info to finally fix this annoying bug.

Thank you for the quick reply, but i tried that too and it actually made it even worse: after downscaling from 125% to 100% and rebooting my computer, the box became actually even more cropped. As for my screen, it has a resolution of 1900*1080p, changing this didn't change anything either.

I also updated the software and there's sadly no difference to see. I tried several compatibility modes of Windows to make the app working and nothing new. I'm getting desperate. Even uninstalling every last file of the software and reinstalling it from scratch (no matter which version) doesn't change anything. Do other people have the same problem on Windows 11?

I have never tried to use MultiTerm on my own laptop yet... it's W11 and currently set to 3456 x 2160 (recommended) and 225% (250 was recommended):

Nothing missing as you can see.  The UI looks crap because my own laptop is a high resolution screen and Multiterm hasn't caught up with that yet but I can definitely work with it.  Probably doesn't help you as I think you will simply have to find the appropriate resolution for your needs or perhaps try the app here that might be able to help you:

I'm sorry it didn't help; I might very well be mistaken since it has been a few years and it could have been something else – or even a combination of settings.

It was a very frustrating issue! I do have a workaround for you though, even if it's not very neat: create the termbase in the online version and then download and use it locally

The fundamental problem is that Windows did not really do UI by size earlier, you could only set stuff by pixels. This worked so-so until people started getting really big resolutions and older apps (including apparently Trados!) don't really handle this well. It's a mess.

 Paul Tomas Gradin thank you for you replies, the only suggestion that finally worked was to change my display scaling in the windows settings (on 175% in my case). The problem isn't fixed, I have to repeat the operation - with a mandatory reboot of my computer - whenever I want to create a database offline, but at least, this seems to work. The dialog box is still not displayed correctly, but I can at least select the right properties I want to be in the definition of the termbase.
