I have tried to operate the process of creating a termbase described on the above page.

The operating process is normal, but after clicking the finish button in the last step,

the window popped up and show that it cannot be created.

In my opinion, this is the problem of software function, not my operation method.

The above term library import operation cannot be realized because the import function key is gray (inactive),

as shown in the following figure.
