Ana Gabriela Macario - well for this new problem I would have advised the same article. But as you have just applied it, I wont reference it again.

But I Would try this, where it asks you to reorganise your Termbase: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0025481
Another possible thing to check, would be if your Studio and MultiTerm versions are aligned and correctly updated to the latest.
