Yes I tried that setup, but it only applies to term level synonyms, not descriptive fields. Thank you, Almudena. 

Ok, I see. Then, I recommend working the other way round, write the forbidden terms in columns with the header Chinese (language) and then use another column to categorize those terms as forbidden. When converting, do associate the "forbidden" type with every forbidden form of your term. For that, I use Multiterm Convert, not Glossary converter. You should end with something like (in my example forbidden = rejected term)

The latest version of the Glossary Converter (6.2) addresses this issue. While the app store has problems, you can get it here: https://www.cerebus.de/glossaryconverter.

In the spreadsheet settings, set the Multi field mode to "Multiple Fields" 

Your excel should then look like this:

and convert back with two fields, like in the original termbase
