Cannot install Glossary Converter

Question

Hello, 
 I downloaded Glossary Converter (zip file) from the private Appstore, but I get the following error message when I try to open it: Format not supported, 0x02000e00 (I used ALZip). Then I installed Winzip and tried again, but to no avail. 
 I installed the plugin installer from the AppStore in order to copy the Glossary Converter in the location < C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins\Packages> as recommended here: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000016431 . But I get the same error message. Can you help me?

 What version of Studio are you using? I just tried to download/install as part of a sanity check and I dont have any issues? 
 At what point in the process do you get stuck? What other apps do you have installed if any? Lyds

José Sarache that does look odd and I cant say I have seen this before. Can you install ZIP and try not use ALZip as this is an issue that is very much local to your machine Lyds
