Multiterm desktop comes free with your Studio license, and it is a separate installer that you can download from your RWS account, in Products and Plans>Downloads section:
While Glossary Converter can be downloaded directly from Studio application, once you set up private appstore.
Please check the steps to set up the private appstore, then you can download the plugins you want.

Multiterm does not come together for Studios 2017 version :(
Multiterm desktop is included in the purchase of a Studio Freelance license.
If you have Starter, then this must be why you don't get to have Multiterm in your Downloads tab of your RWS account.
