It looks like the project file was defective. In this case, the "exclude function" can no longer be used!

• Stopwords from.txt-files can no longer be interpreted.
• Stopwords from termbases can no longer be interpreted.

As solution a new project must be created:

The term database with the stop words can then be successfully used there again.
