You don't mention which version of the Glossary Converter you're using?  Current version is 6.4.8825.

I don;t understand what you mean by you exported to an SDLTB.  A MultiTerm termbase is already an SDLTB so all you would do is drag and drop the SDLTB into the Glossary Converter interface and the application will take care of the conversion for you.

Yes, I added an export step in the GC that doesn't need to be there, but then I dragged and dropped the sdlbt directly into the GC (as you explain) and these are the error messages I got...

What would you do?

Can you share your termbase?  Or at least a small part of it so I can test with something that still causes a problem for you.

I'd like to but unfortunately I can't share it for confidentiality reasons.

I've (finally) managed to convert from my laptop, which means that the problem would rather come from my PC.

I don't know what's blocking it.

If you have any ideas, I'd love to hear from you.
