Hi Elena
Frome the first part of the error message, it looks like you are trying to connect to Trados GroupShare - I think (someone fmo RWS may say I'm wrong!) that's the only place where "MultiTerm Server" is used. Just to confirm that, do you see the Administrator control at the bottom left of the MultiTerm window:
That only appears if you have configured to connect a GroupShare server. Then, of course, to add a Termbase, you use this button
rather than this one:
If you have GroupShare, but can't see the Administrator tab, go to File/Setup/Servers and edit or add your server connection. Of course, in GroupShare, you need to confirm that you have the rights to create a Termbase.
Of course, if you don't have GroupShare, none of this is relevant! In that case, try this article:
It seemed to give a solutions for that case.
Hope that helps - Rob

Hi Robert,
Thank you for your answer and time.
I don't have a GroupShare server. I also tried the instructions of the link provided, but unfortunately I still have the same issue.
Actually, I run to the following error:

Hi Elena
I'm afraid I can't find anything much else on this - you might look at:
or more generally, check the gateway site here:
A connection to SDL MultiTerm Server unknown could not be established Search - RWS Customer Support
Of if you can't find anything in any of those, then I'd suggest you contact RWS support direct - if you don't have an SMA, your local reseller should be able to help you.
