Cannot uptload Glossary to Multiterm

Hi there! I´m trying to upload a glossary to the Multiterm and an error message keeps popping up. It´s in Spanish, but it´s something like "Interface not compatible", and something related to the COM object. Could you give me a hand?

Waiting for your answer.

Question improvement suggestion: Please provide the exact error message you are encountering, including any error codes, and specify the version of MultiTerm you are using.

In the meantime, based on the information you have provided, here is a suggested answer to your question:

Hello! It sounds like you're encountering a compatibility issue when trying to upload your glossary to MultiTerm. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

**Step 1:** Check the file format of your glossary. Ensure that it is in a compatible format, such as Excel (XLSX) or CSV, as MultiTerm may not support all file types.

**Step 2:** Verify that you are using the latest version of MultiTerm. If not, consider updating to the latest version to ensure compatibility with your glossary.

**Step 3:** If you are receiving an error message related to a COM object, it may indicate a problem with the installation of MultiTerm. Try reinstalling MultiTerm to see if that resolves the issue.

**Step 4:** If the problem persists, consider using the Glossary Converter tool, which can help convert your glossary into a format that MultiTerm can accept. Make sure you have Excel installed, as this tool requires it.

**Step 5:** If you continue to experience issues, please provide the exact error message you are seeing, as well as the version of MultiTerm you are using. This information will help in diagnosing the problem more accurately.
