Parametername: Key

- MultiTerm kann die Terminologiedatenbank nicht erstellen.

- Failed to create setting page.

Dort funktioniert alles.

Für Ihre Hilfe wäre ich sehr dankbar.

Freundliche Grüße

Veneta Georgieva

    Hello Veneta,

Thank you for reaching out regarding the issues you're experiencing with Trados Studio 2022 and 2024 on your new Windows 11 laptop. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the problems with your termbases (TBs):

**Step 1:** Ensure your Windows OS is fully updated.

    - Go to Windows Search, type "Check for updates," and install any pending updates. Restart your computer afterward.

**Step 2:** Repair your installations of Trados Studio and MultiTerm.

    - Open the Control Panel, navigate to "Programs and Features," find Trados Studio and MultiTerm, right-click on each, and select "Repair."

**Step 3:** Check the folder name or file path of your termbases.

    - Ensure that the folder name or file path where your termbases are saved does not contain any special characters or spaces. Rename it to something simple if necessary.

**Step 4:** Run Trados Studio and MultiTerm as an administrator.

    - Right-click on the application icons and select "Run as administrator" to ensure they have the necessary permissions.

**Step 5:** If the issues persist, consider uninstalling and reinstalling both Trados Studio and MultiTerm.

    - Make sure to back up your Translation Memories and termbases before doing this.

**Step 6:** As a last resort, you can reset your Trados Studio settings to default using Trados FreshStart.

    - Remember to back up your settings and files first, as this will delete personal configurations.

If you continue to encounter errors, please provide the specific error messages you receive, as this will help in diagnosing the issue further.
