The (?<!^)Business Service lookbehind (with Match Case enabled) to replace uppercase "Business Service", except at start-of-line, with lowercase "business service" does not perform any change,
Business Service as simple term (without lookbehind), however, matches correctly.
Why not use ^Business Service instead?
Because I do NOT want to match BS at the start of line. The problem is not with the match, but such a match seems to ignored (or more correctly, no replacement is performed).
Either change all and then use ^business service to change only those back to former spelling. Or use (.)Business Service and replace with $1business service.
Why does lookbehind not work? I don't know. But I think both suggestions above would work in your case.

I think you misunderstood my question. The "why" was directed at RWS Support. The constellation works correctly in standalone regex test tools, but not in Trados Studio. This is what I would call a "bug".
