Can you elaborate a little on what you mean here as I'm not sure I'm going to answer this correctly?

First of all, if you have opened a file for translation then it's too late to change the language. You need top prepare the project again with the right languages.

If you really mean how do I change the default language for working with the single file workflow then you do this under File -> Options -> Editor -> Languages. But again, you can't change the language of a file you are already working on.

Having said this, you could take a copy of the sdlxliff, then rename the language code in the sdlxliff you are working on in a text editor and finally open the sdlxliff as a new project. Maybe that's what you want to achieve?

There are probably a number of different ways to do something similar, but perhaps you can elaborate on your requirements a little?
