Showing Errors Importing XML into Studio

Question

I am trying to import the file generated by Adobe Captivate. I have exported slides into xml and imported into Studio. When I try to import the translation file, it gives me an error below. Is there something I can do to make Studio recognize this as translation file?

Hi Yuko, 
 
The error may not be pointing the segment in Studio, but more likely in the xml file itself. Try dragging the file into Firefox as this is quite good at reporting invalid characters in XML that you can then remove or correct so they can be handled in Studio.
