I cannot accept the changes on the locked segments, nor unlock them

Hi all,

I know there have been several discussions regarding locked segments and tracked changes, but none of them solved my problem. In my case I have an updated sdlxliff (updated from a bilingual table) and I cannot accept the changes on the locked segments, nor unlock those segments that contain tracked changes (even after disabling the tracked changes option, opening in all three ways: for translation, review or sign-off, etc.). I can work fine with the rest of segments (locked but without tracked changes, or segments with tracked changes but not locked).

I'm working with an individual sdlxliff (not a project or a package, just the single file).

None of the tips I've read here and in other forums work for me. What's exactly the problem here? How can I solve this without using the sdlxliff toolkit that would unlock all segments (which is not what I want)?

Thanks!

I have already voted :-) However, I still don't understand this feature and how, in my case, the track changes were inserted after the segments had been locked, and why they cannot be accepted nor unlocked afterwards... (I may understand you want locked segments not to change and that's why you have the possibility to lock them, but it doesn't make sense that you can change them once but not accept the changes later on...)

I'm not sure allowing unlocking or locking segments with the track changes option enable is just the problem here, as in my case it also involves segments with actual tracked changes that cannot be accepted anymore. The rest of segments (without actual tracked changes) can be unlocked just fine.

Anyway, I'll try your suggestions. Thanks very much as usual!
