The filetype definition you cannot resolve unless you upgrade.  Studio 2011 is pretty old now, unsupported, and the reason for your message is that the sdlxliff you are working on was created using a more modern version of the product.  You should still be able to translate the sdlxliff and return it, but you won't be able to save the target file, or use QuickInserts etc.

On the main error, as the reinstall didn't help please try a reset.  Rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio:

c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\10.0.0.0

Hi Paul,

For me it's quite good just to translate the sdlxliff and return it as I did before Windows 10 update. I've been using Trados Studio 2011 for a very few years and it's too early for me to update now.

My roaming directory includes only Microsoft. My SDL directory is the following. What should I do now?
